            How does ordering work?

            Some drops are available as immediate stock and ship within a few days. Others run as preorders — your payment is taken immediately and your order goes into production. We always share live updates on our preorder status page.
            Can I cancel or modify my order?

            For preorder items in production, we cannot cancel or modify orders. For in-stock items, contact us on Instagram as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help before it ships.
            Do you restock sold-out items?
            +
            No. Once a drop is sold out, it is gone for good. Limited pieces, no restock — that is the Kabreur model. Join the waitlist to get early access before the next drop goes public.
            How long does shipping take?

            In-stock items ship within 2 to 5 business days. Preorder items ship when production is complete, typically 6 to 10 weeks after the preorder closes. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your country.
            Do you ship worldwide?

            Yes, we ship internationally. Costs and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. Customers in France and DOM-TOM (Reunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe) typically receive their orders faster.
            I have not received my order. What do I do?

            First check your tracking number sent by email. If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us on Instagram with your order number and we will sort it out quickly.
            How do the sizes run?

            Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit. If you are between sizes or want a more relaxed look, go with your usual size. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
            What is the quality like?

            Our hoodies are 300g+ heavyweight fleece, our tees use premium washed cotton, and all prints are DTG — designed to hold up wash after wash. Every piece is tested before it goes on sale.
            What is your return policy?
            +
            We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Preorder items cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Contact us on Instagram to start a return.
            My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

            Send us a message on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
